• 📝 T-Birds End of Year Survey: Today, Monday, November 24th is the last day to complete the T-Birds End of Year survey. We will use this survey feedback to inform our 2026 program logistics, evaluate Coach & Board positions, and build an even better experience for your T-Bird athletes. We sent the Football survey to all Football parents in TeamSnap last night. We sent the Cheer survey to all Cheer parents via the email you registered for T-Birds with. If you did not receive the survey link, please contact us.
  
  
• 🏈 2026 T-Bird Football Athlete Safety: We are proud to announce a massive step forward in player safety! Starting in the 2026 season, EVERY San Ramon Valley T-Bird football athlete will be equipped with the new Navy Guardian Cap 2.0. Thanks to the incredible generosity of a T-Bird family, our athletes will now have access to the premier soft-shell helmet cover used by NFL and college programs across the country. Why this matters: The Guardian Cap 2.0 is engineered to reduce impact. Its soft-shell technology absorbs energy during collisions, adding a critical layer of protection over the standard hard-shell helmet. This means our players can practice and play with greater confidence, backed by science.
  
  
• 👕 Equipment Return happened on Sunday, November 16th: If you are still in possession of T-Birds equipment (e.g., helmets, shoulder pads, new reversible jersey, navy game pants, white game pants, equipment bag), please arrange with your Head Coach to return immediately this week. We are sending football helmets back to Riddell this week for offseason reconditioning and need any remaining gear returned immediately.
  
  
• 🙌 Volunteer Hours: If you did not complete your required 12 hours, we contacted you last week. If you did complete the hours, your volunteer check will not be cashed and will be shredded without any further action needed.

We are excited to invite you to the 2025 T-Birds Cheer & Football End-of-Season Ceremony as we come together to celebrate another incredible year of teamwork, dedication, and T-Bird spirit! The celebration will be held on Sunday, December 7th, 2025, at the San Ramon Marriott, located at 2600 Bishop Drive, San Ramon, CA. Doors will open at 4:30 PM, and the ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. Complimentary parking is available on-site, located behind Target.

This special evening will include dinner, awards, heartfelt speeches, and a few surprises as we recognize our amazing athletes, coaches, and supporters. Guests will enjoy a delicious meal and dessert. It’s sure to be a memorable night filled with laughter, appreciation, and community.

Please remember, this is not a drop-off event—all athletes must be accompanied by an adult. The dress code for the evening is dress to impress, so come ready to shine and celebrate in style.

🏆 High School Football Playoffs

As an organization, we are incredibly proud of our T-Bird alumni who go on to thrive at the High School, Collegiate, and Professional level. This November, we have a ton of former T-Birds on Monte Vista and De La Salle Football teams who will compete in the next couple weeks for respective NCS playoffs.

Monte Vista will play Clayton Valley for the D2 NCS Finals on Friday, November 28th @ 7pm at Dublin High School. De La Salle won the D1 NCS Open Championship last Friday over Pittsburg and will move onto the State playoffs in a couple weeks. If your T-Bird athletes attend these games, please have them wear their Football game jerseys and Cheer gear LOUD & PROUD!

🏉 Oaks Rugby: The 2025-2026 Oaks Rugby Season is ready to kick off! The Oaks Rugby Club's mission is to provide youth in the Tri-Valley qualified instruction in rugby fundamentals and to engender a life-long love of the sport. Teams of varying levels of competition, from recreational (everyone welcome, all play in games) to highly competitive (highest-skilled players selected to play in games) are offered. Season runs December to March.

🥍 Scorpion Lacrosse: Football + Lacrosse = Perfect Combo Football builds power, toughness, and field vision. Lacrosse sharpens speed, agility, and hand–eye coordination. Together, they create multi-sport athletes who dominate in both arenas. Season runs February to May.
