**Before signing up for T-Bird Volunteer roles, you must read the Volunteer Handbook and have joined our Point Volunteer team. These are required to understand Game Day and Volunteer Hour responsibilities.**

In 2025, T-Bird Volunteer hours will be tracked exclusively through the Point App platform. As a T-Bird family, it is your responsibility to track hours in this platform throughout the season. T-Birds is a non-profit organization and is run by parent volunteers. All board positions are volunteer and do not receive any compensation.

All team season roles will also be tracked in this platform (e.g., Coaches, videographer, water boy/girl, etc.). If there is a role verbally agreed on between you and your athlete's Coach, it must be approved with the T-Birds Board and tracked in the Point tool. These season volunteer roles must be pre-approved with the T-Birds Board before the season and will not be accepted after the season completes.
