T-Bird Football Camp and National Sports ID (Season Only)

We wanted to extend a warm welcome to all the new T-Bird families who already signed up for the 2026 Football & Cheer season! We are truly excited for you to join the T-Bird family and FLY HIGH with us this season. Please find all past T-Bird newsletters on the News section of our website. Also sending a big THANK YOU to our Cheer Directors and T-Bird parents for an excellent Cheer uniform fitting event this past week!
✅ Action Needed: National Sports ID (NSID) Certification
Registered Football & Cheer Athletes (Season only): By Friday, May 1st, please join your registered National Sports ID (NSID) team on our T-Birds Certification website. You still have until the end of June to complete full certifications (e.g., physical, birth certificate, etc.), but we need every T-Bird Football & Cheer athlete to join their associated teams by May 1st.
You are required to be certified by June 30th, 2026 to participate this season. This means you must make an appointment with your physician to submit the medical clearance form and follow NSID instructions on our certification page.
Football athletes: Please join the age group you registered your child for even if you plan to have them try out for an Older/Lighter position later. The ✅ Green Checkmark will appear by your athlete's name once they are fully verified. NSID must be renewed every Football & Cheer season.
Do not wait to complete this. Your athlete will not be issued Football equipment or Cheer uniform in July and will not be able to practice if their NSID is incomplete.
📱 Playmetrics - Team App
This offseason, we upgraded our registration system to Playmetrics, which also has a comprehensive suite of team communication and volunteer hour tracking tools. Playmetrics is the system you registered with for the 2026 Season and or Conditioning Camps. Please ensure you have this App installed on your phone. This morning, we sent a Playmetrics email to all registered Camp athletes.
If you did not receive the Playmetrics email about Football Conditioning Camp and believe you are registered, please ensure that:
- You have your Family Contact information set up in the Playmetrics profile associated with your Football Camp athlete.
- Any secondary family members accepted their Playmetrics contact invites from you (if applicable).
- Playmetrics will be used for all season communication, replacing TeamSnap. If you are registered for Conditioning Camp in May, your Playmetrics dashboard should look like the below Camp calendar image. If you do not have this view, your athlete is not registered for Camp.

🚨 2026 Registration Status
2026 T-Birds Registration is ALMOST FULL ACROSS ALL LEVELS. As an organization, we set Division capacities to better serve all T-Bird athletes with the right equipment, field space, and coaching support. While not a guarantee, please know we do our best to activate athletes from waitlists to Division rosters as registration positions open. As Football divisions hit capacity, we also encourage Football athletes to sign up for our T-Birds Conditioning Camp in May. Varsity Cheer Registration is closed as of April 1st.

T-Bird Games will be played on Saturday OR Sunday every weekend from mid-August to early November. Please plan for either day each weekend as game times and field availability are subject to change.
